This 50-minute informative, practical, and engaging group class is designed to support neurodivergent individuals aged 16+ and their families. The programme cultivates community connection, emotional regulation, and overall well-being through a unique blend of Hatha yoga, Pilates, and breathwork.
At the heart of the class is the Oxygen Advantage method—a science-backed approach to breathing that restores functional breathing patterns, supporting focus, nervous system regulation, and restful sleep.
The gentle and adaptive nature of Hatha yoga helps participants develop body awareness, reduce stress, and enhance self-regulation. When paired with intentional breathwork, it empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, calm the mind, and build resilience in everyday situations.
This is a welcoming space where breath, movement, and community come together to support mind and body.
