Modern lifestyles are complex and demanding. We all face adversity resulting in being overstimulated, overly anxious, sleep deprived, and often devoid of genuine human happiness. I want to inspire individuals, groups and teams to achieve their wellbeing and performance goals through breathwork, postural alignment and movement.

How often do we make each breath our best breath?
The quality and rate of YOUR breathing impacts hugely on your wellbeing and performance, and how you breathe is within your own personal control.

ALIGN
To optimise health and breathing – your body must be aligned. Our bodies biomechanical design resists gravity. However modern sedentary lifestyles are reshaping us. Many hours spent seated impact natural biological functions.
A regularly slumped posture compresses internal organs reducing blood flow, physical functionality and breathing.
Our sedentary lifestyles are leading to a prevelance of ‘ Tech neck’; forward head posture; lower back pain; and shallow mouth breathing.
Realigning your posture and becoming aware of improved breathing techniques will positively impact your physical, emotional and mental health.
MOVE
Movement is essential to all body systems. We all believe we move and exercise properly. I will unlock your full potential to move while enhancing alignment, breathing and lifestyle.
We need movement variety to enable blood supply ensuring all tissues are kept alive.
Movement stimulates the lympahtic system, assists the return of blood to the heart and assists with positive mood.
